14-Day Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to feel safe and confident to shop at ThreeSixtyZone, that is why we offer a 14-day return and exchange policy. If for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply return or exchange the unused item in its original condition with tracking. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 14 days from the delivery date so that we can advise you the correct address to ship to.
- What items can be returned?
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item or items to us in their original condition within 14 days of delivery of your order.
To start the process, email us first at email@example.com with your order reference.
Returns that are damaged, soiled, altered, or without your ordering information inside the package will not be accepted.
All items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unused, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
- Will I be charged any return / restock fee?
No, you are covered by our Free Return Policy, this means that when an item is returned for any reason (return or size change) you will not be charged any return fee / restock fee. However, the return shipping cost is to be handled by you.
- How to return/exchange an unsuitable/unwanted item?
1. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org
2. After we have confirmed your eligibility to return the item, please re-pack the item in its original packaging with labels and tags still attached.
3. Post your item to a given address provided by our customer support.
4. When returning or exchanging items, customers must use a shipping method that has tracking on it. Returns or exchanges with no tracking will not be processed. For return, any promotional gifts received must be included with the returned items. Otherwise, the retail price of the promotional gift will be deducted from the refund. Kindly retain your proof of postage.
5. As soon as we have received your returned items, we will issue a full refund/exchange within 5 business days. We’ll send you an email to confirm your return has been received and that your refund has been processed. The refund will be issued to your original payment account or in the form of store credit as you requested.
- How to return defective items?
If the item you received is faulty, please contact us within 14 days after the delivery of your order at email@example.com and give us your order reference, your name and address, and the reason for return. Please attach a photo of the faulty item to your email.
